Many of Farinelli Construction’s office buildings feature residential-style exteriors. Some have gabled rooflines and striking combinations of dryvit, stone and siding. Farinelli’s focus is on small-scale commercial projects for clients in professional office settings like attorneys, physician group practices, marketing firms and others.

Inside, floor plans are designed to provide bright, open, airy spaces, and each space is custom-built to suit the tenant. Office interior finishing can be as simple as drop ceilings and drywall or elaborate enough to include custom millwork cabinetry.
