Don Farinelli, President Even as a young boy growing up in Pittsburgh’s North Hills, Don Farinelli liked to build things. Few people are fortunate enough to make a career out of a passion, but Farinelli pursued his childhood dream of building and received his degree in architectural engineering from Penn State University. Farinelli began his building career in Washington, D.C., where he worked as a project engineer for a general contracting firm specializing in the construction of high-rise buildings. Eventually, he and his wife decided they wanted a better quality of life away from the fast-paced city life. Don founded Farinelli Construction in 1989. In doing
so, he realized a lifelong dream. Initially, Farinelli handled custom-built
home projects and renovations. Farinelli’s knowledge of architecture
enables him to customize building plans to suit any customer’s needs.
His business has grown tremendously, and he has been recognized both personally
