Farinelli Construction was founded in 1989. Initially building only mid-sized residential projects, Farinelli now handles projects ranging from million dollar custom-built homes to light commercial buildings, as well as renovations.

Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship has helped Farinelli Construction grow tremendously over the years. The company was recognized as one of the 50 Fastest Growing Companies by the Central Penn Business Journal. Today, Farinelli’s award winning designs grace some of the most prestigious residential areas and office parks in Central Pennsylvania.

Residential & Commercial

You’ll find Farinelli homes in some of the area’s premier developments, including Rich Valley Manor, Meadowview Estates, Lindenwood, Peninsula, Signal Hill, South Ridge, White Oaks, Deer Haven, Fair Oaks and Ford Farm. Homes ranged in size from 2,300 square feet to over 6,000 square feet.

Many of Farinelli Construction’s office buildings feature residential-style exteriors. Farinelli’s focus is on small-scale commercial projects for clients in professional office settings like attorneys, physician group practices, marketing firms and others.
